Complex Care Services is a family-run disability service that upholds family values of Unity, Equity and Fairness for people living with a disability, Mental Health, Vulnerable children, youths, and families.
We are a specialised support services provider that prioritises our participants' distinct complex care needs, thus, going beyond traditional healthcare and support services.
We acknowledge the concerns of participants with complex care needs working with care plans that do not meet their complex care needs and inadequate access to specialised person-centred supports and services required to meet their complex care needs.
Complex Care Services will work with all stakeholders to breach these gaps, as our “Mission Statement” asserts.
Our team of empowered and compassionate employees with many years of experience working within the healthcare sector will offer personalised and integrated healthcare support to promote the independence and wellbeing of participants within our care and their community at large.
