Complex care services offer transport to enable participants to access disability support outside their homes and achieve their plan’s goals. This will enable the participant to travel to and from appointments or their place of work, As well as for specialised transport services for a participant to a school, educational facility, employment, or the community.

Complex care services assist or supervise a participant to engage in the community, social, recreational or economic activities within the community or a centre.
