CCS will support participants to obtain and retain employment and employment opportunities, as well as provide skills training, advice, assistance with arrangements and orientation to assist a participant in moving from school to further education.

CCS will provide mentoring, peer-support and individual skill development, designed to establish volunteer assistance within the participant’s home or community to develop skills such as assistance in attending appointments, shopping, bill paying, taking part in social activities and maintaining contact with others.

Complex Care Services (CCS) will support participants to ensure their care and hygiene are always upheld. Participants may be required to complete personal care tasks such as showering, toileting, changing, etc., in the participant’s home. These support items will provide a participant with assistance with, or supervision of, daily life tasks to develop the participant’s skills to live as autonomously as possible.

Delicate Care

CCS will support a participant who requires High-Intensity Supports to aid with or supervise personal daily life tasks to develop the participant’s skills to live as autonomously as possible in circumstances where a more skilled or experienced support worker is required. This service caters to participants with acute or complex care needs such as bowel care, wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy management, ventilation support, subcutaneous injections, PEG and NG Tube feeding and medication administration.
