Specialised Support Coordination

Complex care services provide mentoring, peer support and individual skill development, designed to establish volunteer assistance within the participant’s home or community to develop skills such as assistance in attending appointments, shopping, bill paying, taking part in social activities and maintaining contact with others.

Innovative Participation

Complex care services offer new and innovative services to the participant, enabling them to access mainstream activities within their community.

My Study And Work Skills

Complex care services support participants to obtain and retain employment and employment opportunities, as well as providing skills training, advice, assistance with arrangements and orientation to assist a participant in moving from school to further education.
